How long is fulfillment and shipping on orders placed within the USA?

Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days.  It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

Speed depends on product type and destination, but 97.66% of our printer's orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of the orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Once your order has been fulfilled and left the printer's building you will receive a notification with shipping information (if applicable).  If any circumstances or inventory levels make fulfillment time longer than usual...Don’t worry, the big LA factory that creates the products are practically in our printer's backyard. This means it’s super easy to keep stocked and minimizes the wait time for you!

How long is shipping for orders placed within the EU?

For orders shipped from our printer's Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfillment. For orders shipped from our printer's Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.

Where can Europe location orders ship to?

Multiple factors affect whether an order can be fulfilled and shipped from our printer's Europe location. Those include product type availability, stock availability, and shipping address. Order routing happens automatically so the branch that's the best fit will fulfill an order. We don't guarantee all orders shipping to a specific country will always ship from our printer's Europe location.

The Europe location may fulfill orders being shipped to the following countries:

You may be surprised to see some countries on this list! Remember that our printer will route orders with the goal of getting your order to the destination the fastest.

International Buyers Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.  Karma Kootoor has no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

What if you submitted the wrong address?

If you submitted the wrong address when ordering and the package is sent back to karma Kootoor or our printer, then you are held responsible for the cost of reshipping the product(s) to you.  Once you contact us with an updated address, new shipping charges will be applied to you for all orders that had an incorrect address originally provided by you.

My order was returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused by you.  If the package goes unclaimed at customs or you submitted the wrong address when ordering and the package is sent back to karma Kootoor or our printer, then you are held responsible for the cost of reshipping the product(s) to you.  Once you contact us with an updated address, new shipping charges will be applied to you for all orders that had an incorrect address originally provided by you.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with us that the shipping address you submitted was correct and that you doubled checked with your local post office to try and locate the lost order.

Please keep in mind that if any tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.  Karma Kootoor is not liable for misplaced or stolen packages.

What happens if I didn't receive my package but the tracking (if applicable) states that it was delivered?

We will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.  In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but you the recipient have yet to receive it, Karma Kootoor would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the address you submitted. 

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. Please reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."

If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged we'll gladly send a replacement of same item at no cost to you. Please read our "Return Policy" for more info on claims procedure.
