Refund policy
Requesting a return means you bought something from us in the first place...and for that we sincerely thank you!
And though it's a bummer you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.
See "Returns" below for instructions on how to proceed.
Pleas Note:
United States customers will receive a pre-paid return shipping label.
International customers are responsible for their return shipping charges. A pre-paid return label will not be sent.
Damaged item returns for both USA & International orders;
If a mistake on your order was made on our part, or a defective shirt/product slipped through, we apologize and upon a photo review of the item we will be happy to send you a full refund or a replacement of the item ASAP.
Please follow the instructions below for Damaged Items*.
We want you to feel good about your purchase at karma kootoor, and if need be, your "Return" experience too!. Therefore want to make sure you’re completely happy with your order. We cannot resell your Returned items; they are eventually given away to charity or others in need. Please read our Ordering Guidelines**, at the bottom of page for details on how we can work together to make that happen. Thank you!
Returns:
1. Please do not send your return to the address on the package you received your item(s) in.
We will send you your return shipping label for your item(s). (For USA/Domestic orders only, International customers are responsible for their return shipping charges. A pre-paid return label will not be sent.)
Email us at: support@karmakootoor.com within 5 days of delivery of your package and include the following:
• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• The reason for the return.
• The item(s) you'd like to return.
and Ship your item(s) back to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
Return Conditions:
1. Your item must be shipped back to us in its original packaging, with its original
invoice, with all original tags attached and in the same condition you received it in.
2. All items must be clean, unused, unworn (trying on is ok), unwashed, undamaged, and
without perfume scent/cologne, make-up stains or pet hair of any kind.
Return Confirmation/Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Depending on your payment method it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a credit to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please Note:
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
Late or missing refunds questions:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*Damaged Items:
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective items must be submitted in writing (email) within 5 days after the product has been received by you.
If the item sent to you is defected or differ from the actual order placed, please send us an email at;
support@karmakootoor.com and include the following info:
•Your name.
•Your Order Number.
•The reason for the refund or replacement request.
•A photo of the damaged, misprinted, defective area of the garment or wrong item.
•Please send us a sharp/clear photo(s) with your initial problem report to avoid delays. (Thank you!)
•Put "Claims Report" in the subject area of your email.
We will review damaged refund/replacement requests only if (a) there is a missing or broken product or a product has a printing error and (b) we receive your claims report email w/photo within 5 days from the day the product was delivered or within 10 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.
Of course, claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will do everything in our power to correct it quickly and with a minimum of inconvenience to you. In most cases, a photo of the problem is all that is needed for us to get you a free replacement ASAP. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please follow the "Returns" instructions for a return and you can then place a new order for your desired item at your convenience.
**Ordering Guidelines:
Please kindly ensure that you have selected the correct design, apparel, size and color. Please check the size guide carefully for product's measurements. Depending on your computer monitor, phone screen or other viewing device, item colors may vary slightly. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
